Ellement, The Boston Globe: “Jacquelyn Starer, 70, appeared in US District Court in Washington, D.C., where she pleaded guilty to an eight-count indictment that included two felony counts of civil disorder and assaulting, resisting, or impeding certain officers, federal prosecutors said. She also pleaded guilty to six misdemeanor offenses.”
