A judge in Arizona handed down a ruling against Rudy Giuliani this week after Giuliani tried to get his hands on all of the grand jury material that led to his indictment in the state. Giuliani had claimed that the grand jury was biased against him, but the judge slapped it down by saying that he had not provided "one scintilla" of evidence to back up his claim.
