A historic number of terrific women leaders... like Elissa

Today is Women's Equality Day. And while words matter right now, actions matter more.

It’s so critical to protect the Democratic majority we elected in 2018 — including historic numbers of terrific women leaders.

That's why I'm asking you to support my friend Elissa Slotkin, who is running for re-election in Michigan's 8th Congressional District.

Elissa Slotkin - Wikipedia

Elissa was inspired to run for office when she saw Trump attacking the Affordable Care Act. She said enough is enough and became the first Democrat to represent her county in Congress since 1930. From the first day, she’s made fighting for Us, the people, her number one priority. She pushed back against the deep-pocketed special interests by co-sponsoring the For the People Act, the most transformative anti-corruption and clean elections bill in the last fifty years. She’s exactly the kind of person we need to keep in Congress to lift up the voices of everyday Americans.

Now is the most important time to stand with those who stand with us.

So, please, join the Us Campaign and donate to Elissa Slotkin to help us mark Women's Equality Day. Elissa is someone who can take on corruption, take on Trump, and take us over the finish line in November.
