 Captain Conspiracy Clay Higgins' Unhinged Rant Congressman 😒 Clay Higgins launched into another unhinged rant last week in a House Oversight Committee. Higgins was not holding insurance executive's feet to the fire for abandoning home and small business owners in his Congressional district after Hurricane Laura. He wasn't railing against the national debt that he increased by voting for trillions in tax breaks for billionaires and corporations. No, Captain Conspiracy was yelling at former Twitter employees about Hunter Biden's laptop! Higgins' hypocrisy knows no bounds. He voted to overturn an election after his militiamen stormed the Capitol, yet he has the nerve to threaten to imprison employees of a private company for "stealing" the election.
