✪ Members first on August 2, 2024 Rudy Giuliani is being forced to sell his two high-priced apartments – one in New York City and one in South Florida – to help pay Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss for their defamation verdict against him. The new revised terms of this deal were agreed to by both sides this week, and this means that Giuliani is losing his two most valued possessions due to his careless behavior and his sucking up to Donald Trump. Ring of Fire’s Farron Cousins explains what’s happening. Link – https://www.rawstory.com/news/rudy-gi... Well, folks, it looks like Rudy Giuliani has now officially lost everything through his bankruptcy proceedings that, of course, have been going on for months and months and months, and none of it has been going well for Rudy Giuliani because even the judge believes that he is being an recalcitrant debtor and not being forthcoming about the money he's actually making today. Nevertheless, Ruby Freeman and Shay Moss, the two women that Rudy Giuliani defamed, and for the record, continued to defame, he owes them 147 million, $148 million, excuse me. And in a filing on Wednesday of this week, Freeman and Moss announced that they had reached a bit of a revised settlement with Rudy Giuliani that includes essentially gaining control of his New York apartment, which is valued in the millions and his South Florida condo, which is also valued in the millions. Now, even with those being valued at a couple million dollars a piece, he owes him 148, and at most, you're gonna get like 12 million off these properties. But it's a start, and it does strip Rudy Giuliani of his two most valuable possessions, which of course is the apartment and the condo. And a funny thing is, throughout these bankruptcy proceedings, Rudy Giuliani had at one point already agreed, you know what? You can take my New York condo have actually had it on the market for a long time, and nobody's interested in buying it, but you can't have my Florida condo. He said that, that's where I do my show, which of course got canceled. Um, it's where I do my podcast. It's, it's where I live, it's where I work. Don't take my Florida condo. It's all I got. I'll be homeless, and now it's gone. Which of course does in fact raise the question, where is Rudy Giuliani going to live? I mean, you're in bankruptcy proceedings, so I know you're not gonna get a loan to go buy a new house. I mean, hell, if you're going through bankruptcy proceedings, you're unlikely to even get approved for a lease in a, you know, rundown apartment complex. Like I, I am genuinely clu curious as to what is going to happen to Rudy Giuliani. Is he going to be sleeping in his car? The former mayor of New York, the man once known as America's mayor, losing everything and why? For what? Because he wanted to make Donald Trump happy. Now, as much as I despise Rudy Giuliani, and, and as much as I hate the fact that of course, nine 11 became his legacy, instead of his actual pretty bad job as mayor of New York, I, I actually feel a little bit of sympathy for the guy at this point Because he was so dumb. He was so jaded, he was so conned that he believed, as long as I kept doing what Donald Trump wanted me to do, eventually I was gonna get that grand reward, which for Rudy Giuliani was to be appointed as Attorney General of the United States. He never got that, but he never stopped fighting for it. Even after Trump lost the election, he went out there and defame these two Georgia election workers because Trump wanted him to, or at least he thought Trump wanted him to. He now has to pay him $148 million. He's lost his homes because of it. He's still facing criminal charges because of it. All these bad things that have happened to Rudy Giuliani are all because he got in bed with Donald Trump, figuratively. And the funniest part, two funniest parts. One, he never got the appointment that he thought Trump was gonna reward him with. And two, according to his recent court filings, he never even got paid for the legal work he did. That, of course, then led to his criminal charges. So Trump never even paid the bill. So this is what happens. This is a warning sign. Anybody thinking that, oh, if Trump gets back into office, maybe I can get a cushy job with him?
