Fossil fuel giants are moving to ramp up extraction as new data shows that the industry has been emitting three times more planet-heating pollution than it claims.
"The Fed stubbornly insists raising interest rates is the only way to drive down inflation, but we should be focused on corporate greed," said one watchdog group.
"Tobacco lobbyists wouldn't be welcome at health conferences," said a corporate watchdog coalition. "Those perpetuating the world's fossil fuel addiction should not be allowed through the doors of a climate conference."
