We fund voter protection
They say every accusation is a confession … and Republicans continue to prove that to be true.
Republicans have launched a crusade against our election systems to combat what they claim is rampant voter fraud.
Research continually shows that voter fraud is extremely rare. But, we did just find one instance:
That’s right: Mark Meadows – who served as Trump’s Chief of Staff, and who was one of the architects of Trump’s strategy to overturn the 2020 election by casting doubt on the election results – appears to have been committing voter fraud. One of Meadows’ voter registrations was tied to a mobile home in North Carolina that he never owned and may have never even visited.
So while Trump, his cronies, and his voters are accusing Democrats of “voter fraud” for policies that help elderly, disabled, and other marginalized voters cast their ballots, Republicans have been totally silent about the voter fraud in their own ranks.
It just goes to show that Republicans’ “election integrity” crusade was never really about our elections — it’s about silencing Democratic voters.
We’re helping to fight the big lie by ensuring that every eligible voter can cast a ballot that counts. But we need your help to fund voter protection staff who will work in battleground states to fight for voters.
Thank you,
Power the Vote
We Fund Voter Protection In 2020, we ran the Democratic Party’s Voter Protection Program in Georgia, when the state flipped blue for the first time in nearly 30 years. We pioneered a new model of voter protection, built on sustained investments and long-lasting relationships. Now, we’re building on that success and adapting the Georgia model to fight voter suppression in other states.
