Meet this dedicated election worker

We’ve been warning you about the surge in disinformation that is leading to unprecedented attacks on our democratic system, and those in charge of running it.

That’s why today, we want you to meet a dedicated election worker, Tate Fall, who is director of elections in Cobb County, Georgia:

Fall became an election worker for all the right reasons: to register voters and protect democracy.

But in the wake of the Big Lie and disinformation, Fall’s job – along with thousands of other election workers across the nation – has become dangerous:

“In just the past year, [election workers] have been flooded with inane demands for details about their employees, faced harassment campaigns targeted at their female family members, received intimidating letters laced with fentanyl and been subjected to fake threats of bombings and break-ins.”
The New York Times

Our landmark 'Value the Vote' project is working to stand up to these unprecedented threats by offering to provide security for pro-voter election officials, expanding voter access, and combating misinformation.

We can’t do this alone. That’s why if you can, could you please rush in an urgent $5, $35, or even $100 today to fund our efforts to protect our democracy this year?

Thank you,

Value the Vote
