The disgraced ex-president explicitly targeted New York District Attorney Alvin Bragg with an image of himself wielding a baseball bat aimed squarely at Bragg's head. Seriously. We shouldn't be surprised by now, but somehow this pathetic, feeble man still manages to find dangerous new ways to incite violence for the explicit purpose of undermining our institutions to save his own ass. We really have to ask: is there nothing he can do or say that will prompt anyone with any kind of authority to finally hold him accountable?

The repugnant governor and presumptive GOP candidate for president has no problem bullying trans kids, mask-wearing high schoolers, and school librarians, but he still can't seem the find the courage to stand up to the 76-year-old oaf bullying him.

Nebraska Republicans' latest legislative assault, along with a recently passed anti-trans bathroom bill, adds to the growing list of more than 150 state bills across the country restricting or eliminating the rights of transgender Americans.

Idaho hospital to stop delivering babies due to state’s abortion ban
Bonner General Health currently serves about 9,000 people in and around Sandpoint, Idaho, but expecting families will soon have to travel an hour or more to find suitable care thanks to dystopian anti-choice legislation forcing OBGYN doctors to flee the state. “The Idaho Legislature continues to introduce and pass bills that criminalize physicians for medical care nationally recognized as the standard of care,” the hospital’s press release reads, adding that consequences for doctors now include civil litigation, criminal prosecution, and even jail time.

A motley alliance of far-right extremists, Christian nationalists, anti-trans activists and lobbyists, and Republican elected officials has been uncovered in leaked emails from South Dakota state Rep. Fred Deutsch. The emails read like they were ripped from the script of an episode of "The Handmaid's Tale” with multiple and repeated phrases brimming with religious zealotry that celebrate being at war with the LGBTQ+ community.

Today’s Action: Pass federal abortion protections now!
Regardless of what conservatives would like to be true, America is not a theocracy. More than 60% of Americans support legal abortion access. A legislator’s job is not to play God, it’s to serve their communities. Overturning Roe v. Wade set an extremely dangerous precedent for the treatment of anyone who isn’t a straight, religious, white, cisgender male — especially after Justice Thomas indicated his intent to review other landmark rulings, like the ones that legalized gay marriage and fought for privacy in the bedroom. It’s time to take a stand.
It is simply not enough to rely on blue-state facilities to serve as firewalls against the relentless legislative assault from anti-choice Republicans in red states; we must guarantee far-reaching reproductive healthcare throughout the most conservative nooks of our country. A bill has even been proposed in South Carolina that would make execution an option for those who receive an abortion — it’s as absurd as it is dangerous.
What at first felt like a terrifying possibility became a grim reality for half the country following last summer’s disastrous SCOTUS ruling. Whether it’s donating to a local abortion fund, finding a rally, or writing to your members of Congress, your voice is needed in the struggle for federally protected abortion rights. You can find a comprehensive list of abortion funds to donate to here; states with conservative, Republican-dominated legislatures — Kentucky, Ohio, Alabama, Texas, and Louisiana, in particular — are in dire need of support in the face of unrelenting attacks on women’s healthcare.
