There’s a new Nazi caucus in Congress

 

Marjorie Taylor Greene and Paul Gosar, two of our main Insurrectionist Knockout Fund targets, teamed up to recruit lawmakers into an “America First Caucus” that would work to promote “a common respect for uniquely Anglo-Saxon political traditions.”   We can no longer afford to look the other way. There are unapologetic white supremacists running a nativist agenda in Congress, and their power in Washington will grow by the day if we don't push back.   Donald Trump told the Proud Boys, a white supremacist militia group, to “stand back and stand by,” and he still came dangerously close to winning another term in the White House.   When a violent mob of neo-Nazis and white supremacists stormed the Capitol on January 6, Republican lawmakers like Josh Hawley and Paul Gosar applauded their efforts and even saluted them.   When we demanded accountability, Republicans allowed Donald Trump to walk free -- giving him time to revamp his dangerous agenda and lead the GOP to victories in 2022 and 2024.   The question now is how we will respond to this moment. We refuse to quietly stand by while our country descends into fascism.
