Charlie Pierce has been accused of sexually assaulting and harassing an unnamed former assistant during his time as mayor of Kenai Peninsula Borough — a post he eventually resigned from after the borough paid a combined $267,000 in settlements for separate complaints against him. Pierce is accused of touching the victim's breast, making repeated sexual remarks, falsely imprisoning her in his private office, kissing her neck and face, asking questions about her sex life, and making unwanted and unsolicited embraces and massages.
