Friend,
Before I was a State Senator, before the campaign trail, before the microphones and headlines...
I was just a janitor trying to keep food on the table.
I had one job. One paycheck. And six kids depending on me.
That meant waking up early, staying up late, and sacrificing more than most people will ever know. It meant fixing the broken things — at home, at work, and eventually, in my community.
That’s where my dream began.
Not in some boardroom. Not at a country club fundraiser. But right here on the South Side — with a mop bucket in one hand and a baby in the other.
I ran for State Senate because I wanted families like mine to have a shot — at good union jobs, affordable healthcare, and safe neighborhoods.
Now, I’m running for Congress to finish the fight.
Will you be part of this people-powered campaign?
Chip in $6 — one dollar for each of my six kids — to help us fight for every working-class family like ours.
