In just 6 days, we close the books on the second fundraising quarter, and the stakes couldn’t be higher.
It’s been 901 days since Maura Healey was sworn in as Governor. That’s 901 days of leading with integrity, compassion and results. More impressively, she has accomplished this through historic challenges. And every step of the way, she’s stayed focused on what matters. She’s delivering for the people of Massachusetts.
Governor Healey’s record speaks for itself. Here is just a snapshot:
- The first tax cuts in 20 years, putting money back in the pockets of seniors and working families
- 36,000 kids in affordable child care because Massachusetts stepped up when federal aid ran out
- The largest housing bill in state history, already creating thousands of new homes and homeowners
- Major transit repairs, 1,500 new MBTA hires, fare-free regional buses and NO SLOW ZONES on the T
- A swift rescue of our healthcare system after Steward Health Care collapsed, saving access and 13,000 jobs
- And a bold plan for the future: investing in housing, education, climate and economic opportunity.
That’s not talk. That’s leadership.
As Chair of the MassDems, I’ve seen firsthand how hard Governor Healey fights for every community in this Commonwealth, and how much further we can go if we all stand with her.
