The New York case involved FALSIFICATION OF BUSINESS DOCUMENTS for which TRUMP was convicted on 34 counts. The testimony was widely reported, as was TRUMP'S DEFENSE & his attorneys speaking out. The case was about the payments & FALSIFICATION OF BUSINESS RECORDS..... To grab public attention, Trump & his attorneys regurgitated TRUMP'S ARGUMENT that HE NEVER MET THE WOMAN! Maybe that sold to the misinformed public, but NOT TO THE NEW YORK JURY! Other cases were similar...do we want ATTORNEYS who invent false arguments & delay legal proceedures? There was a great deal more evidence not made public or presented to the jury that were far more consequential. DAVID PECKER, in charge of the NATIONAL ENQUIRER at the time, committed similar legal offenses, paid a fine & was mostly finished with the issue. What I am suggsting is that had TRUMP just PAID A FINE...said 'WHOOPS! ACCOUNTING ERROR! BYE!' this CIRCUS would have ended there.
As you know, the other cases were mostly DILLY, DALLY, DELAY & STALL!
