On Mother's Day on Sunday, the nation's top health official, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., took his grandchildren swimming in Rock Creek - a place so contaminated with sewage and bacteria that the National Park Service actually forbids people from entering the water. Kennedy didn't seem to care about the warnings, and posted pictures of himself fully submerged in the bacteria-infested water. We are governed by the dumbest people in the country, as Farron Cousins explains.
