But we won’t just let this gigantic manbaby destroy our country. We will fight back in every way we can. In 2016, before Donald was even elected, I reported on his decades of Russian business ties on MSNBC and elsewhere. Some said it was a wasted effort, but it spun into a massive accountability campaign. I pulled a thousand little threads, and it helped unleash an avalanche. At noon on January 20th, 2017, I was one of the very first to publicly call for Donald’s impeachment, because he was already in violation of the Constitution. We ran a huge effort called the “Impeachment Task Force,” featuring celebrities and activists from across the country—and we pushed for it nonstop. It was an intensely criticized move—maga attacked me constantly for it. But it was the right thing to do. Over the years, as we pushed for and counted the votes, we eventually made it to a majority of the House willing to impeach. And even though he wasn’t removed, it helped bog Trump down, and put him on the defensive early. During Covid, I used our unmatched online network to be one of the loudest voices in the world on the topic—calling out Donald’s lies, while urging people to wear masks and get vaccinated. I can’t tell you how many maga threats I got for this, but that never slowed me down one bit. It only fueled my fire. In 2021, when the orange buffoon incited a violent mob of traitors to storm the Capitol, I spent 20 hours a day uncovering every bit of evidence I could find, linking anyone to the attack. One of those is a video of Marjorie Taylor Greene leaving a White House “planning meeting,” just weeks before January 6th. That clip was later used as evidence in the court case to disqualify her from the ballot. And in 2025, when I saw Trump’s list of disgraceful and unqualified nominees, we launched a massive campaign to contact Congress to oppose them. We pushed out Gaetz and helped get the ethics report released. And now we’re closing in on 120,000 letters sent to Senators, urging them not to confirm 9 of Trump’s worst picks. We always step up, and do whatever is needed to fight back. We don’t wait to see what’s going to happen. No matter how hard the effort might be, we do the work that needs to be done. We will never give him an inch. We never have. We will do everything in our power to stop the orange monster, and limit the damage he can do to our country, and the rest of the world.
