Michael, Thank you for the information. A number of years ago, I learned to check the BAR LICENSE in any litigation & discovered that the defendant's counsel had been suspended for his failure to pay income taxes for 9 years. In another similar case, the young attorney was disbarred & sent to prison for misuse of funds. It's easy to check!
