The Orange Turd was RUDE, KEPT THE QUEEN WAITING, WALKED IN FRONT OF HER.....in other words, he behaved as he always does - just a boorish oaf (as the previous poster wrote).
As with previous presidents, he surely has trained staff to coach him about appropriate behavior, but he couldn't even be respectful and behave appropriately when he pushed the leader of another nation aside.
