Local counter-sniper team was inside business where Trump shooter climbed on roof, opened fire

CBS News has learned a local counter-sniper team was stationed inside one of the AGR buildings where the Trump rally shooter climbed onto the roof and opened fire. KDKA-TV's Chilekasi Adele has the latest.
