We received some pictures from a neighbor about this mama dog tied to a tree. We didn't expect to find the horror that we had to encounter there. Never had we seen something so horrible. The chains were tangled and severely imbedded into her neck. She gave birth and squeezed her strength to feed her cubs, the poor mama could not bear the pain any longer. Due of the lack of blood circulation to the brain, her head swelled, and She was exhausted...
