A lawyer that has been representing members of the Oath Keepers group and is now facing her own trial for conspiracy charges related to the Capitol Riot has been ruled "mentally incompetent" by the judge overseeing her trial. The judge's determination comes with a mandatory hospitalization so that the causes of her mental defects can be examined to determine whether or not she can even stand trial.
