In his capacity as Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, Republican Representative Jim Jordan wrote a letter to New York District Attorney Alvin Bragg demanding Bragg testify about his criminal investigation of former President Donald Trump, in what was a transparent attempt by Jordan to interfere with the New York investigation of Trump's crimes. Alvin Bragg's General Counsel, Leslie Dubeck, just sent a letter to Jim Jordan schooling him on the Constitution - specifically the 10th Amendment - and the Supreme Court precedent that plainly demonstrates Jordan's conduct is UNCONSTITUTIONAL!
