Why are the comments that Brian K. said about "involuntary lethal injection of the homeless" not get any negative results? FCC Chair said that comments that are injurious to society need to be addressed. How are they addressing "involuntary lethal injection of the homeless"?

I find fascinating that Fox reporter Brian Kilmeade saying we should justkill our homeless wasn't called out as "sick." Shows the actual values of this regime.
