Brendan Carr and Tom Homan – and what we can do

President Trump has been flooding the zone with new actions and information since January 20th. It’s hard to keep up. So today I want to flag two things from last week that deserve your attention.

The first is about President Trump’s FCC Director, Brendan Carr, carrying out a coordinated attack on our free speech right out of the pages of Project 2025.

The next day President Trump's Department of Justice is shutting down an investigation into Tom Homan, the “Border Czar” in the White House, who allegedly accepted a $50,000 cash bribe in a paper bag from undercover FBI agents.

We cannot become numb to this. And we can fight back.

The lessons on how to fight back can be found in what we did during Trump's first administration – particularly on health care. Back then, Trump and House Republicans repealed the Affordable Care Act. It ended up dying in the Senate.

How did we do that? We educated people – normal people who don't have time to doom-scroll or watch cable news. We mobilized Americans across the country, in both parties.

We can do it again – especially after President Trump made big health care cuts in his "Big Beautiful Bill." It is what I am trying to do with rallies, speeches and town halls across Michigan and stops in a few other states.

But I need your help to continue that work, because there are costs associated with those efforts, and obviously, we spent down our fundraising in order to win the election.

Can you please contribute $5, $50, or whatever you can afford to my campaign? I will put your donation to continue cutting through the noise and organizing to stop President Trump's efforts to take away our health care.

If you've stored your info with ActBlue, we'll process your contribution instantly:
