| The prosecutor’s decision to drop charges when a blatant act of animal cruelty was committed just reinforces that we still have work to do. To end animal cruelty, we must ensure that animals actually receive the protections they are guaranteed by law — and that perpetrators are held accountable. It’s up to us to speak out against this injustice and take action to ensure animals are protected and defended from cruelty.
