Thank you for explaining it in a simple & understandable way! An evaluation of the statistics of RED STATES is pretty sad - poor educational attainment, high poverty, low economic opportunity, usually high crime, poor health care and so on....

they also tend to employ inflammatory issues as a distraction like the 10 COMMANDMENTS in every classroom will be an adequate substitute for LACK OF EDUCATION FUNDING.

It's also interesting that the failures to fund CABLE & INTERNET access is conspicuous, as is POORLY FUNDED LIBRARY SYSTEM, prevent any individual opportunity to progress. New Hampshire prides itself on the lack of a progressive income tax, but funds education with REAL ESTATE TAXES....having done VOTER CANVASSING in NEW HAMPSHIRE, poor communities stand out!
