Multiple Capitol Rioters that received pardons from Donald Trump last week have been either re-arrested, are currently "at large" and will be soon arrested, or, in the case of one man, killed by police. These are clearly repeat offenders that have learned nothing from the consequences of their actions, and they should not have been allowed to go free. Farron Cousins explains what's happening.
