In a recent interview with The Washington Post, a law professor from The University of North Carolina says that Judge Aileen Cannon engaged in "judicial malpractice" by ignoring the actual law and dismissing Donald Trump's documents case. The appeal is still pending at the 11th Circuit, but legal experts are almost completely in unison agreeing that the appellate court will likely overturn Cannon's decision - and possibly even remove her from the case altogether.
