Miracle was dumped in the trash by his owner with both legs cut off & bones were appearing. He was very weak and his wounds were rotting. Did the owner cut off his legs & throw him in the trash intentionally? Even if he wasn't the perpetrator, there is no excuse to dump him. I wanted to be letting everyone know that he was healthy, doing physical therapy to adapt to his new life, in his wheelchair, running around my house. But his injuries were severe & he couldn't take it all...
