Trump sues J6 committee to keep from testifying. His lawsuit is bogus but his goal is delay.

 

The January 6 House elect committee investigating the insurrection has subpoenaed Donald Trump for documents and testimony. So predictable, Trump filed suit to avoid having to testify, making several arguments as to why the subpoena is invalid. This video discusses why each of Trump claim regarding the congressional subpoena is wrong and ultimately will be rejected by the courts. However, as we have come to learn, Trump's ultimate goal in filing lawsuit after lawsuit is delay. He seems to weaponize the delay inherent in the civil litigation process in an attempt to fun out the click. So perhaps the Mose important question is . . . will the courts let him get away with it?
