Trump is now threatening Canada with 35% tariff rates and 30% for Europe. The Europeans say that this will destroy EU trade with the US. But of course Trump hits Canada even harder. All this comes as Trump scrambles to put out the Epstein dumpster fire. MAGA is enthralled with the flat earth economic theory of autarky - breaking global trade links while gaining control of the continent. Ain't gonna happen Donald. Hold the line Canada. Hold the line.
