The White House finally addressed the growing concerns about Donald Trump's health after photographs showed Trump with makeup on his hands and his ankles swollen so badly that his shoes looked like they didn't fit him. The official explanation is that he has developed chronic venous insufficiency, which causes blood to pool in the extremities. But a cardiologist says that there is "more than meets the eye" about this allegedly benign condition, and that it is usually present with other very severe conditions.
