What is particularly egregious is the attack on USAID that provides services few are aware of, but they monitor disease outbreaks - we understand the importance of STOPPING things like EBOLA & MARBURG - hemorrhagic diseases that are spread due to lack of prevention education - boring stuff that keeps us safe. They also do things like distribute medications...it cost a PITTANCE for what is accomplished. WE can't put STUPID PEOPLE in charge & that includes MARCO RUBIO.
