A Republican lawmaker from Tennessee, state Senator Ken Yager, was charged with a hit and run and a DUI in the state of Georgia this week. Yager is the Chair of the Republican Caucus in the Tennessee senate, and he was in Georgia on vacation. Video of the sobriety test shows that not only was Yager unable to pass the tests, but he appeared to urinate on himself during the stop. Farron Cousins explains what happened.
