Filed ELECTION LAWSUITS - never had any proof. He left NYC with stacks of lawsuits for his bogus 'BROKEN WINDOWS' policy - petty crimes were prosecuted - things like JAY WALKING & turn style jumping. If you've ever been to NYC, you know how common JAY WALKING is - in NYC, when a person is arrested, they are STRIP SEARCHED. GHOULiani had a major ZIPPER PROBLEM....the pedestal the public erected for him was undeserved.
