A grand jury has issued a criminal indictment for former Uvalde schools police chief Pete Arredondo and UCISD PD Officer Adrian Gonzales. The grand jury indictment is part of the broader investigation into who should be held responsible for law enforcement inaction during the mass shooting at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas.
