This was offered as an explanation:
the laugh emoji is the argument provided by MAGAt swallowers, it's a placeholder used until some meme creator can create a picture to illustrate their thoughts. It's kind of like the red hats, it's a badge of constant ignorance. I will beg the farm she didn't bother to read the link I provided to prove my point. It's just so much easier to remain stupid.
